Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable, and loving environment. But for children in foster care, that basic right is too often replaced with uncertainty, fear, and instability. Frequent moves. Strangers making decisions. No one is consistently showing up.

That’s where CASA of Solano County steps in.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) trains and supports everyday people to become powerful advocates for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. These volunteers are appointed by a judge to speak up for a child’s best interests at home, in school, and in court. More than just a mentor or support system, a CASA is often the one consistent adult in a child’s life during a time of overwhelming change.
